What are your peak hours?
Peak hours are weekdays from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday.
How quickly will you respond to my email?
Our customer service team monitors emails during our operating hours daily. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
Do you offer paddles for rent?
Yes, paddles are available for rent at all of our locations! All rental paddles cost $5 per rental. Valid ID will be requested by front desk in exchange for a paddle rental.
Is there a pro shop on site?
Yes, our West and South locations feature fully stocked pro shops with the latest gear from top pickleball brands, including Joola.
How do I get a rating?
You can attend a rating clinic with one of our certified instructors, or send us your DUPR ID (pending reliability score of 60+).
Do you host corporate events?
Absolutely! We host everything from team-building socials to large corporate tournaments. Contact events@thecenters.ca to host your event at one of our facilities!
